These terms apply when you book services from Manor Media through this website, our order form, or by phone or email. By booking, you agree to them.

Services and pricing

Residential packages and prices are listed on our homepage and are based on the property’s square footage. Homes over 7,000 sq ft and commercial properties are quoted individually. Add-ons such as same-day or immediate delivery, AI object removal, virtual twilight, and virtual staging are available for an additional fee. Prices may change, and the price confirmed at booking applies to that order.

Preparing the property

Properties are captured as presented. You are responsible for preparing the property as described in our Listing Preparation Guide, including tidying, removing vehicles, securing pets, and providing access (lockbox codes, key locations, or an agent on site) before the scheduled time.

Delivery

Photos and Zillow Showcase media are guaranteed next-day delivery. Delivery times for other media are confirmed at booking.

Corrections and recaptures

If a problem with your media is caused by our team, we will correct it and recapture the media at no charge when needed. Client-requested changes, or issues caused by circumstances outside our control (such as weather, property condition, or access problems), may incur a fee.

Cancellations, scheduling, payment, and media ownership

Our Booking Policies are part of these terms. They cover cancellation and rescheduling windows and fees, scheduling around other work at the property, payment, and who owns the media we create. In short: changes more than 48 hours out are free, changes within 48 hours are limited and may carry a fee, no changes are possible within 24 hours, and Manor Media keeps all rights to the media.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed.
