Booking Policies

These policies apply to every shoot booked with Manor Media, whether through our order form, by phone, or by email. They are part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Times below are counted back from the scheduled start of the shoot.

• To cancel or reschedule, call, text, or email us at (943) 291-9104 or ManorMediaATL@gmail.com. The time we receive your message is the time we use.
• The one free reschedule inside the 48-hour window applies once per order. A second change inside that window is treated as a cancellation.
• If we arrive and can’t get in, or the property isn’t ready to shoot, after waiting 15 minutes the visit is treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• If weather makes drone flight or exterior photos unsafe or unusable, we reschedule those parts at no charge. We make that call, and we’ll tell you as early as we can.

Scheduling around other work

Please book your shoot for a time when no other work is happening at the property. Do not schedule us during, or right before or after, construction, repairs, painting, cleaning, staging, landscaping, pest control, inspections, or any other service. Vendors, equipment, wet floors, and open work areas show up in photos, 360° captures, and video, and they can’t always be removed afterward.

If other work is still underway when we arrive, we’ll either shoot the property as it is or treat the visit as a late reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Property shot as-is

We capture the property exactly as we find it. You are responsible for preparing it as described in our Listing Preparation Guide. We don’t move furniture, clean, or remove personal items. Retouching to remove items after the shoot is available as an add-on and is quoted separately.

360° captures

The 360° panoramas used for Zillow 3D Home tours are delivered as captured and are not retouched. Because a 360° camera records the full surrounding view, everything in and around each room is visible, including anything behind the camera. By booking, you accept that 360° captures show the property exactly as it was at the time of the shoot.

Drone flights

Flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot.

Aerial photos and video are captured only where airspace regulations allow. Every flight depends on FAA airspace authorization (such as LAANC approval in controlled airspace), the absence of temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), local rules, and weather that allows safe operation. If authorization isn’t available or conditions aren’t safe, aerial media can’t be captured, and we’ll contact you to discuss options.

Who owns the media

Manor Media keeps the copyright and all other rights to every photo, video, drone image, floor plan, and 3D tour we create.

• What you can do: after payment, you (the ordering agent or client) may use the media to market the listed property, including on the MLS, listing sites, your website, social media, and printed materials.
• What needs our OK: sharing or selling the media to other people or businesses, such as another agent, a builder, a stager, or a vendor. Those parties need their own license from us.
• What we can do: we may use any media we create, without limit and without payment to you, including in our portfolio, website, social media, and advertising.

Offers

• First order: 15% off your first order when you contact us directly to book.
• Reviews: 15% off a future order after you leave a Google review of your experience, once your order is booked, paid, and delivered. The discount is for the review, not for its rating, and we never ask for a particular rating. With your written permission, we may display your review, name, and headshot on this site.
• Referrals: 20% off one order for each other agent you refer who books any listing type and pays.
• Combining offers: offers can’t be combined with each other or with other discounts, unless we approve it at our discretion. Otherwise, one offer applies per order.
