Setting up for a successful shoot.
A few minutes of prep makes every photo, video, and 3D tour look its best.
General requirements
As-is capture
Properties are shot exactly as presented. Complete all tidying beforehand. AI object removal is available for a small fee per photo.
360° media
360° cameras capture every angle, so items can’t be hidden behind the camera. 360° captures are delivered unedited.
Exterior
Remove all vehicles from the driveway and the front of the property.
Occupied properties
- Residents: for the smoothest shoot, residents should leave the property or stay in an area that isn’t being photographed.
- Pets: all animals must be fully secured, crated, or removed from the premises.
Property access
- Entry instructions: provide lockbox codes or key locations, or confirm the agent will be on site, before the scheduled time slot.
Scheduling your shoot
- Book after all other work is done: don’t schedule us during, or right before or after, repairs, painting, cleaning, staging, landscaping, or any other service. Vendors and work areas show up in 360° captures and can’t always be removed.
- Need to move the date? Changes are free more than 48 hours before the shoot, limited within 48 hours, and not possible within 24 hours. See our Booking Policies.
